The goal of this website is to provide the same "RAVING FAN" level of customer service that is given in person.  This website will provide pertinent information regarding changing market conditions, current rates, and innovative mortgage programs.

Communication is the key. This is one of the "Caveats" that I hold in the highest regard.  I often tell clients in applications... "If I say something that you don't understand, you need to say, 'Steve, I don't understand what you just said'".  This allows me to explain thing in a different way until it is clear.

One of the things I truly enjoy in the mortgage business is helping people navigate through the process.  Each situation is different and poses differing options, allow me to think "Outside the box".

Seventeen years in the mortgage industry has allowed me to see many differing scenarios, whether building a dream home, purchasing a new home prior to your existing home being sold or refinancing to pay off debts.
